SIX MONTH REVIEW

So as the end of June approaches it's time for a six month summary on the project and how we stand to move forward.

The majority of my time has be focused on developing the 21 week program for making a million. It has to remain a theoretical program until it is achieved, but none the less the method is simple and in an ideal world of motivated people who are confident  to talk to strangers the application would be simple. So the key was to derive a structure that induced motivation and confidence, as well as a load of other layers to influence people to achieve their goals.

This was an organic process of trial and readjust. Their is no error, it's just optimising every little aspect to provide the necessary structure base on human psychology. Where is the structure modelled from? Well it's good old evolution. You see once you start to look even in my own simplistic way into human behaviour you can predict what individuals and groups are going to do not just on the moment, but over long periods of time. If you were ever looking for the meaning to existence, you might already have gathered everything that has happened or ever will happen could be predicted simply by having the processing power to analyse shed loads of data on cause and effect. Something that was impossible to contemplate a few years ago but now well within the grasp of our minds. So all you have to do to gain an insight into creation is scale up our current technology to all knowing and all seeing to be able to predict everything. All we are doing here is applying the same principles to develop the program in a very basic way.

So the formula is there. The packaging is the holistic nature of the program in providing goals not a set product to a limited Market. Whatever the persons goal the program  will provide a method to achieve this....this makes the Market everyone who ever wanted anything...pretty big and easy to find. Creating a methodology to be all things to all people was the most difficult aspect of my creative proccess, and why I have been at literal pains to define and redefine everything from constantly analysing conversations and seminar responses.

As I mentioned this is a laborious proccess, and if you wonder why no one has everyone done  this before, well it probably takes something of an analitiacal perfection fanatic, with a strange set of skills built over many years. Hence why this is a bit of a one off unique program, and one that seven months ago I didn't have the remotest inkling I would be developing.

In any business idea I look for the 1% that will cause failure. The normal reason is sales and marketing, the method and delivery of the product to Market. In this venture because of the £100 budget I'm confined by finances right up to the point I fully Market the project, even the creation of the marketing initiatives have to be accomplished with zero budget. So this is where we sit. Web sites up and running. Book completed and ready for order. Production team waiting in the wings. 24 week course ready. Million pound Formula finalised. Sales and marketing defined. 

So over the last week the first recruitment of marketing teams has taken place from a brief social seminar on Monday to ten interviews by the end of yesterday and training tomorrow to trial next week. This is a stage I'm very familiar with. This is the point when all the work comes together. A ball will start turning that will be very exciting. It doesn't mean theres no more work to be done, there is refining the sales process, but this is just tweaking, moving the balance to influence the majority from the minority, something I've done throughout my professional career.
