MARKETING

Every day gets more exciting as we are now into very familiar territory, sales and marketing. 

One aspect I really don't what to compromise is the face to face social side, and now we have the start of the marketing teams recruitment, the social events will come thick and fast. Recruitment is never an exact science however once you get a good hardworking profitable core force working five evenings a week, then things really start to rock.

The art of conversation, basically how to win friends and influence people is the first part of this and when it comes to success this is where the foundations lie. As we are not usually taught at school how to develop our skill at this most important aspect of life, we all really suffer a lack of skill in the quick wit and repartee department. If you develop your ability to use your oral skills in a professional and engaging way ...success is considerably easier than being short of words or putting one of your feet inside your mouth every time you open it.

Over the years I have taught countless people in seminars and one to one conversational skills, and it is going to be a bedrock of the marketing department. It will also possibly become one of the essential skills any of the teams will demand from their members.

YOUR CHOICES ARE NOW IN PLAY

Success is a wonderful jewel and also a drug. Endorphins are released into the brain like happy pills of pleasure, unique to the individual but craved by us all. The power of success is such, there can be no other way of life to contemplate after your first real taste.

For me the success jar has to come with a certain label stating honour and integrity stamped on the side. Values etched on my psyche from an early age by my parents as both my strength and my failing. Failing purely because without them I would have wreaked havoc on the business world through underhanded doggy dealing of a kind rarely seen, but extremely profitable. I would have run a boiler room and used my skills of influence to sell fictitious shares from the Philippines and made quite literally tens of millions in a couple of years. But alas my conditioning is strong, much as the dark side might tempt me I am unable to succumb. It is this reason and no other I have lost so much money in my life, but also my greatest strength as it allows me to move in a fairly unique world rarely glimpsed by the majority in business and have meaningful success of not just a financial nature.

The underlying threads of change running beneath this project are fundamentally quite alien to the personal and business world more akin to enlightenment than pocket filling. There in lies the beauty, to fuse together a food for the mind, fill the  material stomach and quench the thirst of the spirit is a great enterprise for all people. 

The trick to successful marketing is to find a niche and exploit it, the niche we have found lies in everyone whatever their age, circumstance or background, a niche that lies in the back of all men's and women's minds, the desire to want more and be better than they are, as well as find  true meaning in a world that seems a little corrupt and not, how shall we say, all that at first sight somebody would like you to think it was.

The Success Game started in us all when we were born, and where you are right now, what you see in the mirror is a reflection of how you have managed to play so far. If you would like to do a little better or have more ambition to satisfy, then the Game will turbo your future through skills, knowledge, and creative thought.

The Game is there for everyone, all are equals with exactly the same opportunity and that includes me.  I have constructed every aspect of the games mechanics to be highly optimised and automated by the players themselves. There is no management or hierarchy, just a simple administration. As we are all players we are all equal,  in world of division and fractional peoples ready to lie, cheat, steal, and hurt others for their own and their groups ends, the Game provides a singularly unique and pure structure to unite all in a common knowledge,  understanding and goal.  The £100 is a token payment not to the game but to yourself to commit to success. Remember every choice you make right now takes you either closer or further away from your own personal million in 21 weeks, so think carefully every time you choose a short term need over your longer term goal as there is  a huge value attached to your choices. The result of your choices will be determined by just how much of the million is there at the end of the 21 weeks, how much you have wasted and frittered on whatever it was that you did during the time you played the game.

SIX MONTH REVIEW

So as the end of June approaches it's time for a six month summary on the project and how we stand to move forward.

The majority of my time has be focused on developing the 21 week program for making a million. It has to remain a theoretical program until it is achieved, but none the less the method is simple and in an ideal world of motivated people who are confident  to talk to strangers the application would be simple. So the key was to derive a structure that induced motivation and confidence, as well as a load of other layers to influence people to achieve their goals.

This was an organic process of trial and readjust. Their is no error, it's just optimising every little aspect to provide the necessary structure base on human psychology. Where is the structure modelled from? Well it's good old evolution. You see once you start to look even in my own simplistic way into human behaviour you can predict what individuals and groups are going to do not just on the moment, but over long periods of time. If you were ever looking for the meaning to existence, you might already have gathered everything that has happened or ever will happen could be predicted simply by having the processing power to analyse shed loads of data on cause and effect. Something that was impossible to contemplate a few years ago but now well within the grasp of our minds. So all you have to do to gain an insight into creation is scale up our current technology to all knowing and all seeing to be able to predict everything. All we are doing here is applying the same principles to develop the program in a very basic way.

So the formula is there. The packaging is the holistic nature of the program in providing goals not a set product to a limited Market. Whatever the persons goal the program  will provide a method to achieve this....this makes the Market everyone who ever wanted anything...pretty big and easy to find. Creating a methodology to be all things to all people was the most difficult aspect of my creative proccess, and why I have been at literal pains to define and redefine everything from constantly analysing conversations and seminar responses.

As I mentioned this is a laborious proccess, and if you wonder why no one has everyone done  this before, well it probably takes something of an analitiacal perfection fanatic, with a strange set of skills built over many years. Hence why this is a bit of a one off unique program, and one that seven months ago I didn't have the remotest inkling I would be developing.

In any business idea I look for the 1% that will cause failure. The normal reason is sales and marketing, the method and delivery of the product to Market. In this venture because of the £100 budget I'm confined by finances right up to the point I fully Market the project, even the creation of the marketing initiatives have to be accomplished with zero budget. So this is where we sit. Web sites up and running. Book completed and ready for order. Production team waiting in the wings. 24 week course ready. Million pound Formula finalised. Sales and marketing defined. 

So over the last week the first recruitment of marketing teams has taken place from a brief social seminar on Monday to ten interviews by the end of yesterday and training tomorrow to trial next week. This is a stage I'm very familiar with. This is the point when all the work comes together. A ball will start turning that will be very exciting. It doesn't mean theres no more work to be done, there is refining the sales process, but this is just tweaking, moving the balance to influence the majority from the minority, something I've done throughout my professional career.

FAITH IN THE UNSEEN

Do I loose faith

Of course I do, like the minority of the planet I'm only human, and from time to time I question the project, mores to the point the time and money invested. 

You see when you build you spend both in costs and time that could have been employed elsewhere for a financial return. It is a cost that has to be factored in based on the level of income your skills could achieve from a direct payment.

In this type of development, the creation of a highly optimised  sales process it is a laborious process of test and re test. Its not something that can be rushed but it needs a considerable amount of faith and dedication to focus on the task. So far I haven't met another individual who does this sort of task, it would be grate to meet one and delegate, as whilst the final result is rewarding, every mothers son lays claim to the idea in some strange form. Fortunately in this program the knowledge base required to replicate the program is considerable, as well as the the 24 week course.

But vultures hang around seeing if they can steal the concept and make their own millions. So silly really, as the platform is designed to be self sustaining with parity which means no one can undercut or make it better as there frankly is no where to go with it, and participation means you elevate in the program with considerable income potential anyway just like in real life. But what we come back to here is the male propensity for pissing on lampposts like dogs. It must be an evolutionary throw back thousands of years as women actually don't do the pissing thing. Males have to change something and in that change they make it their own, even if the change is pointless or for the worse.. They still have to have a piss to make themselves top dog in their own mind. Having said that, women do actually play a supportive role sometimes especially in the ambitious wife mode, they like to see their man pissing alphas. God how I hate the  evolution of the species.

With regard to faith, I only have to speak to someone who is actually benefiting from the project and I know all the commitment is well spent. Today I spent interviewing young marketing staff who have all the enthusiasm of youth. It's really quite refreshing to develop their skills at a time in their lives when they can really put to use the coaching I would usually provide to a business leader. The beauty of this project is giving the essential life skills I would have cut my right arm off to have when I was twenty. That said it remains to be seen just how much this knowledge will be valued when it comes to achieving their goals, however it will be interesting to see and that's the beauty of this.

PROFILE

Have you ever wanted your own business, a great career, your own house,  a place in the sun.....whatever you want as your  personal goal,  play the game and make it a reality.

So what is the Success game?  It's a business opportunity for some and straining ground for others, but ultimately its a structured program providing all the key skill,knowledge and mindset to achieve whatever it is you want from life.

Who we are are people just like you. People who want more from life and want to have the opportunity to realise our goals. For some it's helping others, for others it's helping themselves. Who we are doesn't really matter, we all come from different backgrounds and have different hopes and aspirations. But one thing we all have incomon is the awareness that together we can achieve infinitely more than on our own. The game provides  a road to travel on together, each to our own destination.

How does the game work. Well first you need to decide what it is you want. It doesn't matter how big or small you think your goal is, it's your goal. Then you register and start a home study course which will take a few hours a week to keep your attention on you goal. After this you will simply have to make the same choices we all have to make. How to spend your time, either moving towards your goal or away from it. Your level of commitment is up to you over the next few weeks. All we are interested in is if you can take the right decision towards your goal, and if you can you will become a partner in the game working with a group of like minded individuals to achieve your goal.

SEVEN CONVERSATIONS TO SUCCESS

It's tantalising just how close we all are to success, and tonight England showed just how true this is. 120 minutes of time to all spin on a few minutes when the future is written one way or the other.

The Italy in peoples minds is not a team but the lack of ability to see opportunity and take it. Making the right decision quickly and effectively is one of the bedrocks of success, but unfortunately one of the major areas people fail in again and again, and if there is failure this is it. Consistently 95% of people make the wrong decision and fail to get anywhere, somehow lacking any intuition or logical analysis of where the money is. Last week at the social meeting I met a gentleman who knew his problem was his lack of focus, he explained he needed guidance to resolve this problem. But knowing is one thing but doing is another, and during the week he has continued to follow type even when the path to resolve his self defeating behaviour is well known to him.

This is a common problem on two fronts. One the fear of stepping out of the security of your own limiting behaviour or jail, and the secondary gain of poor behaviour, in that it provides the excuse for never achieving your potential, take it  away and you have to face yourself . I have to say this is a pretty poor way to approach life and one based in fear ...fear of success, fear of failing, fear of everything.

People resist taking the easiest of steps to create their ideal lifestyle, and every opportunity to deny their own complicity in the failure. Society's failings are one thing, but the reason it continues to stumble along is those who drag along on it's shirt tales and drag us all down to a low common denominator with them. I'm all for helping people as a coach, but the age old technique I was taught when I first started to work is really the only solution...a slap round the face and kick up the arse. 

The truth is we are all seven conversations from success, it just takes the balls to have one and the rest will follow.

DRUGS OF THE MIND

Most of us see what we want to see in life most of the time and not necessarily what's there.

Our minds are divided from reality by a filter of distortion, deletion and. generalisation. As we get older we also channel experiences into rivers of familiar thought, finding similarity and not necessarily truth in the connections we make. 

Then on top of this you have the conditioning we all suffer at heart playing it's on tune or melody in the background for so long you don't actually hear it anymore or even know the original composer of your personal symphony of the mind.

With all this is it any wonder we make a considerable number of strange self defeating errors from time to time, repeating behavioural patterns of the past that can become increasingly entrenched in our daily lives.

Keeping positive between the ears against all the odds is a trick in itself, but fortunately one you can learn very quickly given the right support and path to follow. Remember the mind is extremely addictive and becoming addicted to positive behaviour is like becoming a junky of life. The drug of happiness is there for any of us to inject into a throbbing vein if we choose to, but it's taking the right choice that matters. 

In a summer with the weather so wonderful it's not surprising people get depressed, but it's still a choice, you have the choice to concentrate on the drugs of your mind of happiness rather than the negative ones. If England win tomorrow we can extend the pleasure and the pain of the quest for an elusive cup. Staying in the game is something we all strive to do even when the odds seem stacked against us...but 'seem' is the word we need to focus on.

In truth the reality of any situation is as we make it, as well as how it should be. We all have a higher purpose in life not just for our own gain or service, we all play a part in the greater picture and as I've said before we are all small cogs is a great big machine, but none the less very important ones ..each and every one of us ...and that includes you.

END OF THE WEEK

Now it's been a hard week again. As I mentioned the other day I've interviewed a number of coaches for the academy who were less than inspiring. I may be prejudiced towards people who have actually run a business  who may be able to advise others, but when it comes to personal coaching we all have a lifetimes experience to offer other people.

Helene who is a fundamental force behind the project is one such person who has the communication skills and the drive to help people forward from a professional point of experience and expertise, as well as currently running her own business in weight loss.  If I contrast Helene's example with individuals who have never cut their teeth on the bones of a business, then I have to say if cloning was an exact science, ten Helene's would have made this a multiple million pound business a month ago.

But unfortunately good people seem rare at the moment, those that have vision and awareness of what needs to be done to get things done. So I'm actively looking for coaching talent and it may be  my search will have to stretch outside of London. Maybe the big city is a little like the Internet, too many people professing to be this or that, it muddies the waters for everyone so you spend too much time searching rather than seeing.

We have an event on Monday which is primarily to build the sales and marketing team as well as build a resource of staff for upcoming events. It's strange how people find communicating with each other so difficult, not least in their own business and personal lives. It really is easy to talk to people..even strangers as they are only for a fraction of a moment a stranger and then your into a conversation and funnily enough after two minutes you know more about them than your relatives. Remember if your at a networking event people want to talk to someone so they will be happy to talk to you if you learn how to engage someone in conversation, it's just the skill of words. If your at a social event it's just the same, people like talking, and making new friends, even more so if an opportunity opens for them at your hand.

This simple skill is all that is needed to achieve in The Success Game. And for coaches, entrepreneurs, salespeople and anyone involved in the business of engaging with people the game provides a unique training ground for the ambitious.

FALLEN FROM GRACE

As you can see from my recent posts you attract what you focus on. In my case frustration has crept into my mind as a consequence of constant headaches resulting from the recent illness. The interruption in my thinking has taken me further away from the path I originally set out on which was the use of the law of attraction and the creative subconscious. My own personal conditioning that routes itself in my  subconscious is still there like a junkies addiction to a certain drug.

Following on from yesterday we come back to the law of attraction, a key part to this program and the path to it's success. I'm attracting a certain type of energy right now, a certain type of people who are not the same as those I was attracting six weeks ago. Self analysis  and personal responsibility are an important step in moving forward as we create our own realities and attract the energy we focus on most. 

The task at hand is not purely an external one, it is also an internal adoption of a certain type of thinking, a certainty that comes from a relaxed state of consciousness rather than an up tight one.  We are all faced with challenges every day, and is how we face them that is the most important aspect of our individual journeys, not the end physical result. This is a journey of discovery for me as much as anyone on board. It challenges faith, meaning, purpose  and belief. The true test of faith is in believing in what you cannot see, and only through developing the state of mind where knowing exists without doubt do you finally see the truth. The negative conditioning we are all exposed to since birth is there lying in the background when you are down or suffering the whips and scorns of time,the insolence of office , the oppressors wrong, the proud mans contumely ..Hamlet (Shakespeare) was indeed a wise man. 

To achieve in this world anything worth achieving, it is how you play the game that matters, that most quintessential characteristic of the British, but not purely from a base of etiquette, but true meaning. The million pound target is not the prize here, that's a given anyway, it's just how I achieve it that matters, the message is in the experience, and how I think myself to the goal will ultimately  not only manifest  it's reality, but also make it of value.

My conditioning comes from a life spent controlling situations which evolved from some poor  experiences  of the failings of the system and education when I was a child.  I saw no real sense or depth of purpose in the system back then through hard personal experience and it galvanised me into the rebellious individual I became, seeing the norm as abnormal and seeking to create my own world by the acquisition of wealth, but it is the reason for attracting the wealth that ultimately makes success an empty cup or a fulfilling one. What's the point of climbing Everest if you get to the top and say, "nice view but so what?". 

As you will appreciate,  currently my drive and purpose to move forward is essential to achieve, but not at the expense of the point of the achievement. Therefore we all reach for a point of balance and equilibrium that optimises not only our movement forward in an endeavour, but makes it so easy there is really no effort at all. Some might understand this as being in the zone, the place where you step back and everything happens just as it's meant to in a natural unforced way. As a writer or an artist I channel this energy in a way that makes success a given, but when it comes to interacting with the outside world, then the creative mind has to work with what seems a different medium at first, a different skill, but seeing opportunity, doors and messages is ultimately the skill or how to work in partnership with the universe, it is faith in this skill that can sometimes be eroded by the tests of life, but then again somehow testing faith is how the true person is forged on the anvil of life itself...which after all was the point of existence in the first place.

POSITIVE THOUGHTS ON HUMANITY

When I First started this project at the beginning of the year, the first problem was to decide how to make one million from one hundred pounds. Since then people have asked me how I'm getting on definitely resenting my progress and hoping I will give up. Others just can't work out what I'm actually doing as it goes so much against their conditioning they use ludicrous arguments to try and avoid the irrefutable truth that we are all seven conversations away from the million. It may sound strange, but the fact is its  true. There's no big secret, just a bit of effort and self belief, as well as working together with other people. And theres my difficulty. People don't believe in themselves let alone anyone else, and the very idea of working together whilst good in theory, is very difficult for people as they hate it. Society, in a time of the highest connectivity in history is so fractional and independent that people have lost the ability to want to be interdependent, but listen folks, in hard times that's exactly what you've got to do if you want to have success .

I will admit, coming from a coaching background with a strong entrepreneurial history I'm used to working with people who had a bit of get up and go, usually helping people to over come some basic limiting behaviours, skills or knowledge gaps. My philosophy was people deserved a better lifestyle and I helped them towards that goal. People I trained twenty five users ago I see in business making their own lives still with the desire to get ahead.   But since doing this I can't believe the level of emptiness and simple reluctance in people to do anything but for themselves or anyone else. It's actually pitiful as you watch people slip into a cold abyss of regressive evolution. But what's  the cure?

I really understand how the big man with the beard and the boat felt when he was building a floating zoo as a holiday home. And like all holidays in an English summer it rained for 40 days and nights. But look around, with the level of mutual caring, what really does humanity add up to, and is it really worth saving from it's own abject stupidity. Nope, back then captain Nemo didn't think so, and I'm afraid neither do I, as so many people start to convince me it isn't.. You can't exactly call people beings of the higher plane can you, you can't exactly say they have clue about much but prejudice, ignorance and pride in those two noble human qualities.

I get to see so many self development and business coaches and to be honest I haven't  found a good one yet as I've been interviewing recently. Now many people will say this one or that one was very inspiring, but so is Ice Age 1,2&3 and Bambi, but they don't actually change your life, just the way you look at it as if you were on drugs with a happy smile (or in Bambi's case a tear when Mum gets shot, a real tear jerker). I'm afraid money will change your life, it's not the route of/to all evil, it's just an energy you harness to your benefit. The secret of getting wealthy in 21 weeks is a simple one, it takes seven conversations  and the ability to inspire others to do the same. That's it, plus a miserly 100 quid. It's so bloody simple I'm getting to sound like I'm ranting but if you had to listen to the absolute stupid dribble I get to these days you would too. I'm looking for some people with a semblance of sense between their ears and yet there is none but a few souls in the sea of sinking crazies. 

Still there's my motivational thoughts for the day. On the positive side everything is moving forward with the success game providing the platform to train coaches for the academy. Access to 21 weeks of seminars, a 24 week course, a potential huge pot to go for with a good future career  and some great friends to work with... Now that's worth every penny of the 100 I put into this... as well as the six months so far....the next six months will really show if I manage to either upset a few souls or motivate many to achieve. Right now it's time for some hard straight talking with a few home truths, as being soft will never get you anywhere.. but it's easy to get there...soft I mean.

STRAIGHT TALKING

The first event back for OHM last night after a long sick break and a good evening to re group. I have to say the commitment of people is really cool to be back on this after the break.

But the focus and the drive is there in earnest as we look for individuals who have the spark to retain  ambition rather than a hand out. It sometimes seems that England has forgotten drive and a winning attitude, or maybe it was never there, a bit like the English football team who are never quite there. Although they seem to be wining by default at the moment, and long may that continue.

In truth what I really want is to meet a few  who have the drive forward to open opportunity rather than keep waiting for it and expecting life to owe you a living.  This is an entrepreneurial endeavour to train people who have some self belief and are prepared to go for it, but so many just suck the energy out of you in their conversations, God only knows what it must be like inside their heads. Most are in some kind of twisted denial, especially men who seem opinionated to such a self destructive level they undermine their own chances of success. Women at least have the capacity and desire to learn, compete and win.

 I hold no punches here as this is a make or break deal, and people who waste my time talking the talk in some lame way are so prolific now, that it's so hard to find someone who has the balls to take me on in a conversation and try and win rather than rolling over like a dead fish. Maybe I come from a different time and place where there were actually some people in the UK who were prepared to fight for what they believe or even have a belief they had thought through in a coherent arguable manner without making a fool of themselves. 

Being an entrepreneur  means cutting corners and making things happen, I make no apologies for doing this and those people I teach in my bootcamps know dam well the meaning of drive, focus and success.  

If you know me you know I hate Facebook, not because its a great idea and you can find your friends which is really cool, but because theres a price to pay for all things and that's the amount of information available about you  sooner or later if not already is in the hands of those who would seek to enslave you. It's a slippery slope.

I also respect the Internet for the connectivity which is great, but also I can predict where it's going as all business goes the same way. People set up profitable cost centres and then a Corp with money cones along and steals the business from under your feet. Take Costa Coffee, great business development strategy, put a coffee  shop  next to one that's doing well and put it out of business by undercutting after the owners spent the time researching the Market and building a business.

Apply that principal to the Internet. Build a program that finds busy sites, duplicate, out market, and take over. As the world is run by money there would be a considerable  amount in a program like that. If you don't think the world is like that, then think again. If you don't think people are like that then think again.

These are opinions, they don't make me any money and there's nothing I can do about them so what's the point of airing them...so I don't bother, but what I can do something about is move people to either pick up the challenge and go for it or run away. Most seem keen to run away. 

People expect to make money from the internet, what would these people be doing without it. It's great way of communication but its also a double edged sword as now many feel they are a business waiting to happen, and others just can't be bothered. 

There will always be one downfall to this project and that's  not the structure , the skill or the knowledge we can provide, it's actually sourcing the people who could use the information, or recognise its worth. I'll give you some insights to this. Firstly the facility to use the knowledge we teach to make money straight away. That's a fantastic bonus and unique. Just think if you started a degree in law and earned a living from the first days knowledge. Its an example don't argue the point over law,  but just apply it too cooking.. Learn to bake a sponge..sell the sponge before you learn a fruit cake. That's the principle in force here. What's the product we sell, it's a game program training in success and training to achieve. It's the most tangible course you will ever do because it gives you a holistic approach to learning business, making money as well as having success, and learning to work with others. 

I'm not so sure what the difficulty is to grasp here. We sell the product of positive conditioning, skill and knowledge that pertains to entrepreneurialism and success, and put people right in the firing line to apply that knowledge. No hiding behind the desk, or a certificate of attendance, the value of your skills are based on what actions you take, what comes out of your mouth and how much success you have. NO THEORY JUST PRACTICE.

This is entrepreneurialism,no prisoners ..just straight talking money making leading to freedom and the lifestyle most people don't deserve out of apathy.

That's about as blunt as it gets to start.

THE LIMITATIONS OF SUCCESS

When it comes to making money, really big money, you will have to come up with a really great idea, be very lucky with the lottery, or be an entrepreneur.   The first two are not the easiest of the three, and the last requires a little skill and luck too.

There is of course the old marry into money route, but as I have never tried it, can't speak on that one. Having a great idea doesn't necessarily mean it is one, or you can get it to Market, or it won't be stolen off you by an entrepreneur who sees the way forward, and the way to strategise you out of your imagination. 

Entrepreneurial thinking is about seeing angles, weighing up alternatives and taking action. Most people in business or out are easy to asses  if they are skilled in the art of seeing, immediately joining the dots, having  the vision, purely by how they approach conversations and divide their time.

This is the skill we have bottled and the success game trains people in. But not everyone can play simply because not everyone is destined to break out of the tram lines and see the opportunities that surround them. Just like in the Matrix, people are so entrenched in conditioning they find it simply impossible to break free of the limiting structures of their own mind.

The one limiting factor to this project that is ultimately it's savour from being too successful is this very conditioning. Working through the maths with an ideal of each person adopting a simple marketing process for seven weeks, ultimately the world would be involved in twelve months. Now thankfully that level of success is not what we are after, just developing the people who have a mind for money, success  and want to develop the habit of creating a better  lifestyle, and fortunately that's only about 5 % of the population.

KICKING HOLES FOR VERBAL DIARRHOEA

The powers of the universe are a funny old thing, and at the moment rather strange. Sometimes it would be hard not to feel there was a malevolent force at work placing difficulties in the way of the project. 

Over the initial months we suffered a consistent fight with individuals and  organisations who made it difficult to expand. Then, just as the momentum was taking hold I suffer a very uncomfortable virus that has left it's mark. Over the last couple of weeks we  have had a hacker on the server playing  havoc with the emails which haven't gone out and caused the sites to suffer loading problems.

If you are going to start an enterprise you have to commit body and soul to bring the spawn of your creative mind into the world and nurture it through those initial hard won times to let it grow into your vision. This is a lonely road of self belief and hard questioning. On this project, the troubles are compounded by the initial rules I set out of only using £100 to create the enterprise. Many businesses fail due to under funding, this one doesn't have any, which is a bit unusual but nonetheless exiting as everything we do is a first.

I met a young gentlemen yesterday who immediately impressed me with his drive and enthusiasm. This is the primary driver behind success, for without it you will go no where. Look in the mirror and decide how motivated you are, and then ask how focused. I you're working 40 hours a week to gain a wage and you have the opportunity to make considerably more sums for far less work, maybe you owe it to yourself to re evaluate your focus.

A hard and fast fact here is that YOU are meeting seven people away from making a million. That's it. Meeting seven new people over the next couple of months. The young fellow yesterday was capable if doing it in a day and if he applies that skill in the right direction he will make a million too. I find this an extraordinary prospect, and one that puts a smile on my face every day. Just think you are right now seven people away from your dream lifestyle, thats all. How many people have you met in your life and what is the total value of all that interaction financially. Not a million I'll bet.

At the moment I love to invite people to kick holes in this ABC and no one has come up with a reason why they won't make a million, but true success is getting of your arse and doing, taking action and as I always say it's not who you know, it's what you do with them that counts.

So come on you doubters you skeptics,  put your money where your mouth is in front of an audience  and tell those people why they won't make a million. If you can convince them I'll pay your registration, and if you can't you can buy everyone a drink in the room.

So the next time someone says I'm skeptical, make sure you've got your wallet with you and not just verbal diarrhoea.

FIRST MONDAY MEETING

Monday is the first venue for a while since being a little unwell for well over a month. We will be back to weekly social meetings which will give prospective players and marketing staff an opportunity to discuss the project over a drink, and find out if the objectives suit. Why they don't suit people is always the focus on the 'what's in it for me?' question. If people have an inward focus then any amount of cause, return, or purpose matters not, the eyes are closed to opportunity and the conditioning is so focused on self there is little room for such a project as this. If however the social conscience is awake in a person, then they immediately recognise the unique nature of this as an adventure and prioritise it in their lives.

One aspect of making the million or achieving success is based on a method of fighting as a group way back in Greek times long ago. The phalanx was a military structure where a solider relied on the man to his right to protect him with his shield. Success is very similar, by relying on the person to your right to make your million for you, you can support the person to your left and make their million for them. In this way a group can move more effectively, united in the cause interlinked in their quest for each other, not just for themselves. The reason behind this is simple, psychologically we can overcome the limiting behaviour that holds us back from achieving for ourselves, by focusing on helping someone else. Many of us will go that further mile to help others than we ever will our own cause.

WONDERFUL ADVENTURE

I have to say this is a wonderful adventure. Every time I meet someone new I can't stop thinking of ways to help them make money. The funny thing is they are all so programmed to be wary of strange men bearing gifts ... I certainly fit that description...Strange and seemingly giving things away. I prefer to see it as an exchange of skills, it's just another way of doing business, there's no employment, no commitment other than the desire to do the best we can for each other, and in today's society that simply is strange and most people are conditioned away from helping themselves.

The exchange here is simple. People get opportunity and training within a game to create the lifestyle they want. Information that is absolutely cut to the bone financially to allow anyone whatever their circumstances to participate as well as be the method to gain wealth. I hope you see this as an adventure as well, its meant to be fun, it's meant to be social and it's meant to rewarding. Dan the cameraman and I sat for six hours yesterday filming and he did his best to make old Mr ugly here look and sound at least half decent for the Internet videos. I only really picked it up when he introduced a sponge for me to talk to. As with everyone I work with I try to network for them as much as this project. Because if I help them achieve their goals they help me, and in Dans case  a filming job has come through which will introduce him to the wealthiest people in London....so who knows.

I met a photographer today who is hopefully on board, great guy and a landscape architect. Hopefully we can work on a design project together with  Asta's interior design company. 

Honestly it's not just who you know it's what you actually do with them that counts. Everyone has a skill I can use on this project and it's just up to you if you value yourself as much as I value you.

BRAIN DRAIN

Another meet up event to see who I run into. The law of attraction is here again, and I have to say it's a great force to have on your side, even though I can't resist using the old skills of influence or beat up in my  case. Finesse went out along time ago with me as my impatience with peoples pride in wearing the sceptics badge about everything I find unbelievably stupid.

Well, it's my own fault for believing more in people than they do in themselves. 
95% of people I talk to use the language patterns of failure and you have to be careful otherwise it sucks the energy out of you. English guys are the worst, they really are the ones least likely to benefit themselves or the project. Unfortunately every time I talk to them it's like watching a train crash in slow motion, as the negative conditioning that seems to grip our English society wraps it's tentacles around the minds of the indoctrinated. In simple businesses with no skill, success based behaviour, or knowledge, just a hope for the best attitude. 

Other nationalities have so much more to offer in the way of intuition, ambition and potential. They posses the simple common sense of knowledge is power, well half the equation , a skilful application is necessary.

That said I met a few individuals with potential, but more importantly refined the pitch into a simple challenge.  Obviously it depends on what they are looking for and their motivation, but it is important to talk directly to people and the one question that makes this task easy is ' would you bet on yourself to make a million in 21 weeks.' Its a double bind, as the ego says yes but but the left hand side of the brain says how, and the right is scared as it knows to say yes means it's getting involved without understanding the implications.

The brain, it's a funny old thing.  

  

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RICH AND POOR

So whats the difference between being rich and poor, what's the secret. Firstly recognising that you are poor is a good start. In our society 'the poor' are anyone who has to work for their money and want more. The rich are those who don't have to work and still want more money from the money that is working for them. From this we can deduce that true wealth comes from the ultimate  delegation  of the wealth creation exercise.

So if you can delegate making money to someone who is prepared to spend their time making you money, which is 95% of the population, you are firmly on the path to riches.

Secondly you will  need to adopt the behavioural mindset of an achiever. Fundamentally you always see the reasons to do, rather than procrastinate out of what you kid yourself is considered  analysis not to take action. 

Thirdly, adoption of the skills of influence, motivation, and leadership will go along way towards getting you over, under, around and through the hurdles you will face, with plenty of energy to spare to help your support troops to follow you to your goal.

Fourthly, a good healthy understanding of the four pillars of business , otherwise known as commercial skill, will make the task of building your money making castle one based on strong foundations and longevity, rather than sand.

As the new Meet Up group has been formed called Pirate Entrepreneurs we now have 17 new members to add to the 45 from money power sex. When you want to build a larger group the best way is to keep launching new ones to attract different eyes. The first meeting of both groups will be Monday if I get a confirmation tonight from the venue.

This is getting more exciting now as the first June BOOTCAMP this month has booked out directly so the next date is at the end of July for that one. The program is an intensive two days for those who want to really make headway quickly with the success program.

There are so many great things happening here, but one of the coolest developments is that each initial hundred will be divided into 20 groups of five with a team leader. Each team will greenhouse new marketing ideas at every weekly meeting that will be implemented over the next seven days. Each week the  competition for the most new players,  will result in some great prizes for the winning team. This is going to be fast and furious with some friendly competition within the overall group working together. Entrepreneurialism is about results and that's the focus of what will be taught, keep you eyes on where the money is and go for it. Too many people in business sit around waiting for it to happen, you really have to take it to the Market. 

Delegation is now the order of the day as I'm literally working 24 seven refining all the aspects of the structure and changing the web site accordingly. One of the benefits of taking time out to teach yourself web design with a package like Serif is you can have a new webs site up and running in under an hour as well as up date everything as you go effectively getting Google to recognise the site as you build. It's a bit of a learning curve but nothing anyone can't do with the support from Serif. Rather than pay a web designer £80 an hour and wait for the update followed by a bill, you can have your creative thoughts moving with the Market the moment you think of them. Serif package is about £45.

Things like auto responders are next for the course so Brett who is on holiday doesn't have to send them out. Automating the process takes a reasonable amount of work but once a step is finished that one that doesn't have to be done again.

Hopefully Dan will have enough time to film some openings for the website. Having done plenty of research into the best way to connect with people, undoubtedly having a video explanation is key for the site. It gets people to see who you are and connect with you. Even thought the basic cost of initial registration works out at less than £5 per week, people still need to look and feel confident about the program which has run into scepticism because it's so cheap. But that's an essential of it.. To make it accessible to anyone.

It was rather engaging when I was at the pitch meetup last week when people were asking me how much it was to get involved and  the book  £100, and .98p respectively  does tend to make the sceptics look at their feet as they just can't work it out.

I have decided to set up a premiere entrepreneurs group for people with considerable experience in business as something of a think tank. This will be a dinner each month at a good haunt and an annual membership. 

Now I'm a bit fitter I will be attending networking do's to find the twenty group leaders I want who will help me find the balance of the other eighty players. The focus is now very much on talent and ability for the first one hundred to ensure maximum rewards from the first seven week period. I'm looking for individuals who will drive forward along side me as the project now needs the support and more than just my man hours.

The operation was a month ahead of schedule a month ago as your truly opened his big mouth to state. Now we are just about where we are supposed to be thanks to a virus that has slowed me down. Will I make a million?

Ok, first off if you doubt yourself you certainly won't, but the structure is there for you to achieve it. Let's look at it like this, when I was a kid I used to go swimming in a pool where there was a high dive board, with two lower boards at increasing heights to build confidence. There were lots of people in the pool but no one diving. The steps were there, but what stopped people taking them? It's exactly the same here, but with no fear of heights.  Try the first level and see how you get on.

If everybody made a million, wouldn't the world would de value?

Well that's one reason to keep the poor poor, so the rich can be rich. Which group will you be happy in, I take it the poor to make sure everything stays the same?  Ultimately this is a game of skill where everybody has the identical  opportunity it's just what they do with it that counts. The truth is life is exactly the same as the game, there is no difference between Richard Branson or Alan Sugar and anyone else, they just saw and developed opportunity, whilst other people worked for someone and watched soaps. The game seeks to give everyone a high potential return for effort over 21 weeks, whether all of the people involved have the focus and dedication to achieve a million remains to be seen, and the first question you need to ask yourself is could you achieve it, and why don't you try. The face in the mirror will give you all the answers to your expectations of success for you in life.

What's the worst that can happen?

You meet great people and you learn a lot. Financially, if you register with the 24 week course option and attend the seminars you will develop your skills in business and life to take charge of your future. Fundamentally you will learn skills like NLP,  hypnosis, success based thinking, entrepreneurialism for a couple of hundred pounds as opposed to many thousands.

What's the best that can happen?

That's up to you. Potentially if you manage to influence and motivate the people you work with to dedicate and focus 100% the same as you then there is every reason you will make the one million as will they. But look at it like this, one million is your target in 21 weeks, but lets say the program fell short of your target by 99% because you only put in 1% effort. That's still ten thousand pounds you earned, so play again and do better the next time around using your experience and remember to put the other 99% in.

Won't people at the top get rich and those at the bottom fail?

There are no people at the bottom. All players are equal, just at different stages of development. The first stage is influence where everyone works as part of a team to share the rewards, everyone is a partner this means they get a share of .50p in the total return over seven weeks plus a reward for individual effort. Those who want to progress to the motivation stage can do so and look for a bigger reward for more skill and dedication. It's just like the hierarchy in a business, but you all have the same opportunity regardless to move forward, no politics, no cheating,  just your ability to face up to yourself and improve your skill.

Is it a pyramid scheme or MLM?

No, this is purely based on learning new skills in personal and business development and applying them to gain a financial return over a set game period. The structure is based on any corporate system of achievement which  rewards for team and individual effort for each period of seven weeks, with each game ending at 21 weeks regardless. There are no down lines or affiliate programs. Once you have completed the 21 week game, you can play again, but you start from the beginning in a new game, therefor there is no residual/passive  income typical of the MLM nature, just results for mastering skills in playing the game.

What kind of training will I receive?

Primarily this is a business/ entrepreneurial  training platform simulating real life business structure for players without the risk but all the gains. The program provides players with the optional opportunity to optimise their success through training :

I'm a professional trainer in NLP, do I have to do the training and can I speak at seminars?

The format is designed to allow professionals in the personal and business development industry to train players in their own skills at the weekly seminars. This is a showcase opportunity, however bare in mind the players want value... techniques they can use to help them achieve more in the game and life. 

With regard to the training for yourself, this is optional as is registration if you only want to showcase your talents. But be aware, if you are in business and you know less about pirate entrepreneurialism and business than the players, you might find you are in for a hard ride.  It's called talking the talk and walking the walk.

I've been in business for many years what can I learn?

Not to be in business I suppose, or more importantly a good exit strategy.  Ask yourself why would you want to work all the time, and why do you need to? The way of the Pirate Entrepreneur is simply about being in business to make a lot of money and get out, not use working in your own business as an alternative for working for someone else. People see it as freedom, but that's just naivety, freedom comes with enough money not to work if you don't want to, that's what you might learn.

I want to start my own business will this help me?

If you consider this as a training ground for running a successful business then yes. You will learn how to influence, motivate and lead people to help you achieve success, without these skills you business will not lead to wealth unless you are very, very  lucky. You business success is based on you knowledge and ability to apply the  four pillars of business.

If you come out with a few hundred pounds at the end of 21 weeks, I'd think again about starting a business and play again, it's  a lot cheaper than loosing everything but your shirt after investing your life savings to prove your own idea.

I was thinking of starting a business but it seems I can make more money for less work doing this..is that right?

The first lesson of pirate entrepreneurialism is to decide where you time is best spent, and seeing where the money is. The question is what are you in business for, money, freedom or just a personal challenge like climbing Everest? Being in business on your own with all the overheads is not freedom, its hard graft and for the majority for less money than stacking shelves at Sainsbury's. We've just cut the bad stuff out so people can enjoy making money without the headache, or step in and give business a try and see if they like it. What's the point of working ten hours a day when you can make the same money in two?

How do I make money in the first level?

Each game starts with One Hundred initial players. These individuals will be learning to master the power of influence as a group and within individual teams meeting once a week for a three hour training/workshop seminar. To learn a skill you have to practice and use it, so you will be promoting the game and learning how to structure a presentation, build your confidence, pitch and close. Your target will be seven new players or courses sold over seven weeks. As you will be working in a team along the lines of The Apprentice, you will be Green Housing (creating) marketing and sales ideas each week at the workshop, to achieve this. The maximum you will receive is £5000 (if everyone tries their best) as a share of the total 100 groups earnings as well as an individual achievement bonus. Remember, the more you motivate others and work as a team to achieve the average per player, the closer you come to your personal million target. Don't expect this to be easy, ( it actually is if you apply yourself) just very rewarding personally, and if you do well... financially.

How do I make money in the second level?

Let's get you through the first level first. But for now it is enough to say your primary purpose will be to motivate and inspire others to achieve what you have, so the benchmark for success in the second level is very much founded on your level of success and achievement in the first. It's difficult to inspire others to influence when you couldn't be bothered yourself, actions speak louder than words.

Can we join and work together?

Yes you can. Once one hundred dedicated players are in a room, to start you are divided into teams of five to work together for the first week. Each team can grow from there, as there are no rules in Pirate Entrepreneurialism other than we are all on the same side working together.

I've got many years business experience and this really appeals as a great training program with some teeth, can I set my own up?

Yes of course. We are always  looking for regional partners and we will give you every support to make you a complete success. You will however need to convince us you have the ability and facility to run your own ship.

I work, can I do this part time, what are the hours?

It's all up to you. Obviously if you are working in a team, your mates would like to see a little effort especially as they have a million at stake. But in hours you tell me, its your million..or not. If I was you I'd focus on where the money was and if that means you salary that's where your focus should be and stay. Making a million here is not a half hearted attempt, let's get that completely clear. This will take a minimum of one three hour seminar per week, communicating with your team and finding your one new player average per week plus any home study you do. If that level of effort is too much to make a million, well I'm afraid you don't deserve to.

What's the ultimate purpose of the Game?

Good question, and one of the first lessons of success is to ask questions, the right questions. Ultimately, idealistically to provide an alternative to the current social structure which favours  the few over the many, by enslaving the many into a less than perfect lifestyle that could be described as empty and devoid of purpose. To provide a simple structure that facilitates the development of minds to create the lifestyles we deserve, with the power to choose how we spend our days rather than slaving over subsistence. To create a unity of mind with the voice of power that only money can give, that will reside within the people involved moving in the same direction helping each other as an interdependent creative entity for the good of all.

This would probably be the short end of a long answer.

My first attempt at public speaking yesterday, and not so bad. A room of would be entrepreneurs with lots of  ideas but not much focus on the money ball, or even a hope of recognising the money train. That said I met a handful of individuals who impressed me, and that's really anyone who hasn't got their nose firmly up the backside of the Internet for their total inspiration. What would these people be doing without the good old web, but on the other hand if it gets people thinking in more 'can do ways' that's all to the good, but one does feel you have to remind them that it's all not about followers to make you feel like your liked, it's actually seeing business as the transmission of a service or commodity, an exchange that creates money or value. It's creating an idea and putting it into practice, taking action and then having the business savvy to make money and keep it. 

Seeing where the money is, is a key skill of an entrepreneur otherwise you end up wasting your time, and time is precious. Still the naivety of youth was the order of the evening, however there were a few who posed the insight to ask more questions. Asking questions, the right questions is one of the keys to success in business, you have to acquaint yourself with the old journalists friends of who , what, why, where, when and how. Without asking you won't find out the essential information to make vital decisions on, and a few bad decisions is all it takes to put your ideas down the toilet.

I always have to ask myself would I back these people with money, would I risk my cash on their enthusiasm. It's not just the idea that's important it's the people involved. I feel a bit like Mr Sugar on his search for an apprentice, although I'm not short, Jewish, have multi millions, and I'm looking for 100 partners, not passengers.

My old friend scepticism reared his head as usual, why people hang onto that most useless of concepts I'll never know, can't say I've ever suffered from it and none of the successful people I have ever worked with ever used that word. It's just not in the vocabulary of those driven to success. Scepticism seems founded in doubt, lack of understanding, fear, an inability to analyse and ask the right questions, any of these are a killer when it comes to making money. But for those who focus on the old question 'what's in it for me?', and capable of seeing  others have a different agenda to themselves, then they are taking the first steps to understanding potential, as well as developing their own.

Recognising value is another key to being successful. I've always sought the council of those who had been further down the road than me, it's the only way to find out what's  round the bend. This knowledge is priceless, simply because it cuts down the amount of time you waste walking in the wrong  direction, or the rather large juggernaut just about to run you down.
 
The project comes under many headings... get rich quick( the one I so love) social change, personal and business development, training, a game, coaching, team building call it what you want, but more importantly what you like. If you would like this to give you the opportunity to create the lifestyle you want that's there, but as I always say, the ABC is in place, it's just the person in the mirror that will stop you getting what you want. 

After listening and talking to people last night, I know I'm looking for individuals who have the capacity to actually do, not just say. I think being ill for the last month has taught me a lesson and that is I have to concentrate even more on getting the 'right' initial 100 partners. This project has become very important for a variety of reasons, not just simply making money although that is indeed always a benefit, but there is more to it. I've always been at pains to make sure this is about working together to a mutual end and goal, for working together is the only way we can really achieve great things in very short spaces of time. 21 weeks in this case. It is not about I, it is about us.

A great benefit of having such a free creative enterprise to work within is the ability to rebrand and optimise the business by testing the market and opening new ones. The aim is to find a balance where everybody finds their own particular interest in becoming involved. It's a hard ask to please all of the people all of the time, and some would say that's silly, but I come from a background where  a closing rate of a 100% was the target. It took me a while to learn how to get there, but it is achievable, you just have to practice and learn.

Dividing the project into three areas is the next essential stage. As you will appreciate, we've been looking for players at one entry level and seeing what works. One of the most important aspects is the facility to work with other people and learn. Learning in this game isn't like school, it's real life where everything that you experience is either a door or  a message to success, and as such you have to recognise the nature of what is presented to you and act upon it.

As I have mentioned the game is divided into three distinct seven week sections of influence, motivation and leadership. Why this is, is simply anyone who ever got anywhere in the success stakes was always a master of these skills. Now I'm looking for three distinct skills sets for the partners. Remember this is a flat structure, that means their is no real hierarchy as we are all teachers and students in the game of life, but in any ship their has to be a management team, that's why if you already have the skills to inspire motivate and lead, you might want to come at this form another angle.

So for those who would like to learn the art of success and earn with the potential of making the million, you will need to learn some basic skills of life and business. Fo success is not just financial it is a in your relationship, your career and personal well being. These are our first level of players...Apprentice Partners. As with any business the first lesson is learning sales, how to present and promote, skills like NLP, hypnosis, social dynamics and earning from success.

Second is Business partners.
Individuals capable of managing events, arranging events such as book camps and seminars. Capable of public speaking, training and motivation, they may have a specific skill or discipline   they can bring to the table or teach.

Third is a Regional Partner. People capable of taking a structure and implementing in from start to finish. This means the capability to lead right from the off, recruit, train, motivate and drive forward. A regional partner will want their own ship, be capable of manning it, as well as steering it to success. True entrepreneurial thinking drive and maturity are essential.

 Each level is a training exercise in it's own right, requiring a different  level of comment. These are all partners, and as such require a differing level of Financial commitment based on the level of involvement. Getting into business for £100 with a group of seasoned entrepreneurs is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with the ability to recognise it. But as I have always said the difference between a successful person and one who is not, is the ability to see opportunity, act on it, focus, and have a sense for where the money train is. It's always there waiting for you, you just have to buy a ticket.

From one evening a week for the apprentice to full time for the regional partner. The rewards are substantial and the experience is invaluable.

TEST YOUR METAL

So what's the ethos behind the pirates entrepreneurs game.

Well it's simple.. if you're thinking about going into business or you've  taken the step rather than working for the man, well good for you. But these are hard times and money is short for many people, so you need to be thinking about taking the next step and that means going Pirate. 

Pirate means cutting out all the non essential stuff that weights you down and takes you further away form making money rather than carving the joint. No overheads, no wages, no bank loans, none of the rubbish that sinks 95% of the average business vessels that set sail these days.

All that you need is just you, your wits, and the courage to go for the big figures. Think big and big things will surely happen. The basis of piracy was always sharing the booty, that's why a piece of eight was important, it was a an equal share of the spoils. Working as a tight crew people got rich because they worked together to the same ends, it's the only way to win the business game quickly, because you have a group knowledge and great support. 

This is not working for someone, it's working with people but you've got to bring something to the party. It's £100 to get on board but thats just your ticket, the real cost is learning to be a sharp entrepreneur and the only way to do that is learn from people who have been in the game for longer than you. If your prepared to listen and apply the knowledge of how to cut through the self defeating crap you have to go through to be a success then you will be rapidly on your way there.

To make a million you just need to be on the right ship, travelling light, so you can move quickly and change your approach to find success. This is the way of the Pirate Entrepreneur, and the way the most successful entrepreneurs in the world made their millions, you need to bend a few rules...as that's what they are there for...to test your metal.

CREW COMMITMENT

As you will be aware the ultimate goal of this project is to make anyone on board a million pounds. Now to many that sounds impossible, and if it sounds that way to you it probably will be. But for those who have the confidence and self belief to make things happen not just for themselves but for others at the same time, believe me, anything is possible.

The main reason you might not have the lifestyle you want or the money you would like is going to be down to nothing more than a lack of focus and direction. Not knowing the woods from the trees, or who's pulling your chain. You can get so wrapped up in the problems of your business and your life  you can really become oblivious to the real money sitting right by you.

One hundred pounds and 21 weeks is all that stands between you and complete freedom in life. The method is really easy, but that's just one method. This project is about green housing ideas and letting people not just network but interact and work together. The Pirate Entrepreneurs theme is just one of many, you can call this a social enterprise, a get rich quick program, a revolution or a waste of time if you like, and frankly I don't actually care what name you put on it so long as it does what it says on the tin, and that means giving people who wish to learn more skills the facility and a method to make money immediately from using those skills.

In an ideal world if I had one hundred enthusiastic people prepared to go for this sitting in a room 21 weeks ago, there would have been an amazing transformation in so many people's lives. Thats worth every day that goes by looking for those initial one hundred which is not an easy job. Now you may ask why, and the answer goes right back to people being able to see opportunity and pick it's up, why so few of the population go into business and 95% of those come away with 'could do better on the report'.

This is a ship, and like any ship it needs a crew, because the crew makes it all happen by working together. If your on a journey to find wealth and prosperity every time a member of the crew decides to paddle their own canoe for a time, it just takes the wind out of the sailed for every one else and you have to ask your self, was that personal paddle effort worth it in the short term, what's the gain. So if your thinking of signing up for this 21 week voyage, be aware it's body and soul as that is the only way you will make your fortune.

But the funny thing is every person I meet has the potential to for fill their potential, I see more in them than I'm sure they see in the mirror, and theres not one that I wouldn't welcome aboard with a smile.

THE VALUE OF MOMENTUM

One of the biggest difficulties despite being ill, is getting to find the right people who have a core belief  not just in themselves but also in providing opportunity for others. Now there are many ways I can select to find the right people to make the OHM project work, none of them have any guarantees of success. As you will appreciate I'm looking for 100 people who recognise they can influence their futures in relationships, careers and business, people who can lead from the front, not ride from the back but step up to the plate to influence, inspire, motivate and lead.

We are all leaders and followers at different times of our lives, however your success is dependant on how inspired or reluctant you are to take the from seat, as well as your inclination to help others to gain the confidence to drive forward in their lives. 

The structure of the game we have created is very simple, an ABC if you like with the potential of high rewards for success through adopting increasing levels of skill. The reason it's a game  is whilst  people come from all different backgrounds, we are united in our desire for success, so refining the steps to achieve the ultimate goal of the perfect lifestyle had to be the essence of the game. 

But the key to all success is momentum, and this is the most difficult power to create, especially with a project that's success is based around the people involved;  the values, the  focus and the understanding of unity. 

SUCCESS, THE SUM OF ALL YOUR FAILURES

Now one of the most difficult aspects of this project is signing myself over to the universe to give me the opportunities necessary to achieve the goal. Having sent the majority of my life adopting a hither to controlling stance, it has been very difficult to relax back into this, the conditioning  of a life time is always ready to jump into any breach of faith, or creak up from behind when I'm not looking. 

The last month has been fraught with the ups and downs of an illness that has  for the greater part rendered my controlling side inept, which maybe is for the best and one might say opportune in it's timing. The frustration at having to cancel three weeks of events is frustrating but that's the way of life, with best laid plans being set a side. What you do have to remember or in most cases be reminded of is whilst we can influence and control our destiny's, there is also a greater purpose in life that is always working behind the scenes. It actually is the purpose of your life you have to pay respect to from time to time even those our days seem to take us well away, but whatever your believe or don't believe in, the lesson your going to learn is inescapable.

As I said faith is an important part of believing in what as yet is unwritten. It's like writing a novel without any guarantee of ever being published. Hours of work and concentration that may never be sold. It's only blind faith that keeps you focused on the task at hand. But this is the same as all endeavour, you never really know what's in store, but you kind of have try otherwise you end up spending life on the side lines. 

We all make mistakes, but only through making them, and lots of them, do we actually aspire achieve success, so  success is funnily enough the sum of all your failures.

LEARNING TO ADVANCE YOUR THINKING

The end of another week and we move forward by contacting strategic marketing partners.

One of the most important lessons of business especially when it come to sales is the understanding that if you are going to make a pitch, you might as well have one conversation with a person who can give you many sales, rather than one conversation with a person who at best will only buy one product from you. The supply chain is essential to understand, and developing your contacts with people who can place your product in front of hundreds if not thousands of clients is the quickest way to become rich. 

Whilst as I have mentioned, the majority of people have an aversion to get rich quick schemes in favour of working 45 years for someone else, I cannot personally see the comparison. Obviously, the program has to be water tight, and meet the four pillars of business, as well as have a Market that is ready, willing and easy to access, then the scheme will work like a well oiled machine.

You see there are three ways to approach business, the 'going out of' way, the long term hard work way, or the use your brain and creative mind to turbo boost your success. Unfortunately many people are programmed to reject getting rich through this last method as they actually don't think such things exist. They come under the term scams or cons to the ill educated, and to be truthful there are some around, but they are so transparent I've got no sympathy with those who fall foul of them. However, if you live and work amongst pirate entrepreneurs as I'll christen them, you can't help but be influenced by the energy and enthusiasm they exude, the desire to get from A to B as quickly as possible, and the will to make it happen.

This is the creative drive I'm seeking to ferment in the Pirate Business Game, taking the energy, the drive, the determination and the speed of developing ideas and putting them into practice as quickly as possible.

Currently I'm looking to set up JV's as well as develop a team of recruitment professionals who's job it will be to find the pirate entrepreneurs who have the right qualities to crew the first vessel. 

We will also be running bootcamps and one to one coaching weeks to people who really want to boost their abilities. In this way anyone can step into the basic program, train and play with the 24 week course, but for those who want to invest a little more into themselves to boost their own personal potential and understanding of pirate entrepreneurialism, which is essentially an advanced way of thinking that cuts through the crap in business, we can provide them with an intensive training.
