MARKETING

Every day gets more exciting as we are now into very familiar territory, sales and marketing. 

One aspect I really don't what to compromise is the face to face social side, and now we have the start of the marketing teams recruitment, the social events will come thick and fast. Recruitment is never an exact science however once you get a good hardworking profitable core force working five evenings a week, then things really start to rock.

The art of conversation, basically how to win friends and influence people is the first part of this and when it comes to success this is where the foundations lie. As we are not usually taught at school how to develop our skill at this most important aspect of life, we all really suffer a lack of skill in the quick wit and repartee department. If you develop your ability to use your oral skills in a professional and engaging way ...success is considerably easier than being short of words or putting one of your feet inside your mouth every time you open it.

Over the years I have taught countless people in seminars and one to one conversational skills, and it is going to be a bedrock of the marketing department. It will also possibly become one of the essential skills any of the teams will demand from their members.
