FOCUS

Focus. One of the keys to any level of success is focus. Probably the most.. powerful examples of how developing focus can take you to the top of your profession or goal is a professional athlete. Over the weekend I had the privilege of being invited back stage at the London Colosseum to see some of the worlds top international ballet stars and  watch the performance from the wings. It's an amazing place to see just how much tension and effort goes into ballet, it's as real as it gets, experiencing the nerves, the focus and the shear athleticism of dancers. On stage they are poised, with every movement refined and rehearsed to look effortless masked with a smile, yet as soon as they come off stage you could be forgiven for mistaking a cardiac arrest for all the gasps for air, only to step out again with an effortless smile.  To get to this point takes years of practice and focus, to be a ballet dancer you have to walk the talk, and talk the talk, it's called being congruent with your purpose. There are no half measures in this profession, no short cuts, just dedication. To achieve your goals you have to train your mind to be congruent with your hopes, dreams and desires, you live and breath them with every cell of your body. All the successful people I have ever worked with, from dancers to multi millionaires have retained a level of focus that at first sight can be difficult to grasp. But with application, and dedication to the task in hand, you can develop focus, which is a fundamental of becoming addicted to success. All top performers are addicts, the mind loves habit, and the more you train your mind to create a mind set of success the more you will attract into your life, the more addicted you will become. The alternative is complacency and wondering where did that last year go....  Personally I learnt a considerable amount from the discipline of ballet from my partner, who up until recently was at the top of this dedicated profession. By watching her uncompromising focus  on re training as an interior designer, I could see how she employed the exact same personal mental discipline and  methodology that took her to the top of her first career, and transposed it directly to the second with immediate results. Modelling other peoples success habits is a sure way to step in the same direction, in this case I transferred her discipline to my writing, to go from a few pages every other week, to literally thousands of words a day.  Modelling behaviour is fundamentally the most obvious way to success, why try to reinvent the wheel, just copy what's working and do the same. This is the basis for the Money Power Sex course that underpins this program, a course to give individuals the necessary mindset, skills and method to find the success they deserve. Money equates to freedom Power to be who you want to be Sex (no not that) the interaction between them
