WHO'S CONTROLLING WHO YOU ARE?

Controlling who you are.

How you think will immediately program your subconscious mind, which will then put directly into action your instruction. Let's take age... 'I don't want to get old'. The more you concentrate on the signs of ageing, the more you will not only see the signs, but the more you will instruct your subconscious to give you what you most focus on ...ageing. Turn your focus towards how young you look and you will begin to take on the appearance of youth...and that's about the long and the short of it.

Why?....it's exactly  the same as the placebo effect. 50% plus of subjects fed a simple flour pill will display the effect they have been told the pill will have. So if it's a heroine substitute, an addict will behave as if they have had a hit, if it's a head ache, the pill can be aspirin on the box but flour inside with the same effect.

So just being told you look young by someone will program your subconscious you are looking young and you will for a moment start to behave in a younger way. Just using a new  beauty cream and being told how fresh you look will anchor your subconscious behaviour to the cream, so every time you put it on you will adopt the youthful feelings the complement gave. This is a positive anchor, and the more times you fire it (our get complements) the more you will program your subconscious to respond  immediately and  make you look younger. Of course there are limitations to sagging skin that only a good old nip and tuck will remedy, but thinking in a youthful way will maintain your youth for longer than always focusing on age.

What you think you will become, however if you just say to yourself only once 'I'm successful' I don't think you, your subconscious, or I will be that convinced. You have to walk the walk and talk the talk, live and breath the words and the thoughts every day. You have to program your subconscious in a systematic and considered way, otherwise you will be just treading water, for all the positive thinking will be balanced by negative. Depending on your mentality and where you sit in the belief spectrum, this trick will be easier if you are more open to suggestion, preferably from yourself.

Wherever you are in the life cycle, your thoughts will be creating the reality you keep on programming, but the problem with thoughts is they can be tricky little buggers. What you think is positive thinking is another persons depression, and visa versa. If we take the sentence ' I'm successful' and repeat it to ourselves, yes, you will start to adopt a more successful posture, but that's just the beginning.

How about selecting a character you admire, a person from real life or fiction, a hero, a heroine, a slayer of evil wrong doers. Take the characteristics of that person, the virtues, the body posture, the mind set, the thought patterns you imagine they would think, slip them on, feel what it's like to stand inside their body, see with those eyes and think with those thoughts. This is a powerful hit on your subconscious mind, and the more you try their skin on, the more you will slip into their character until you naturally replicate the qualities of the person you admire. That is not to say you steal the character, you just simply model and absorb good qualities that can give you a whole new dimension to your thought patterns. If I ask you to think in the positive mind set of a dedicated athlete who has no thoughts other than to win... then I ask you to to think as a successful entrepreneur would think... your subconscious mind will fill in the blanks giving you the mindset of successful people. You just have to ask your subconscious a question and it will provide you with the answer. So if you don't know how a supreme athlete would feel in your conscious mind, your subconscious will let you know... pretty dam quick just like the reaction of an athlete, it's the power of your imagination that needs to be freed up a little.

When I want to write creatively, or produce fine art work ...I simply put myself in the mindset of an artist or a writer. When it comes to art I ask my subconscious to tell me how a great master would approach a subject, what techniques he would have at his disposal.  I use 'he' as it's easier for me to identify with a male, but if I choose for my subconscious to adopt the mind set of a female artist, then my mindset will change accordingly.

But that's simply my imagination isn't it? And that's the bit that makes the difference between someone confined by the limitations of their mind, and someone with infinite wisdom and creativity ....imagination. It's a word many people see as childish day dreaming, employed to help children build their minds, so since when did you stop building your mind, and why? If you open up to the power of how you grew up to be an adult, then you will be open to the power of becoming a successful adult with real purpose and fulfil your potential.

You see, for me I'm looking for people with the mindset of expansion, and you would be amazed at just how closed down the overwhelming majority are when it comes to the subconscious mind. You'd think everyone would want to tap into the infinite creativity between their ears, but not so. Without an expansive mind, your not much use to yourself as you will always settling for second best convincing yourself it's first or all you deserve in this life.

The world is a changing place. That change can be for good or for bad. In the late 19th century there was a great mood of optimism for development, not only for the industrial revolution, but also the revolution of the mind. That optimism never really found it's feet or it's true power in society, knocked back by war after war, followed  by  the fear of communism, and then the recent war on fundamentalism we have experienced.

One aspect of our lives, as never before, that stands to accomplish the promise of the visionaries of so long ago... who expected so much, is the technological connectivity of the world, which makes us finally have the very real possibility of becoming  one race, without the negative conditioning and influence of governments, religions, banks and corporations, that have sought to foster since the beginning of history, to keep people from attaining their true potential. Now, finally we begin an age where we move from fractional societies  dependant on the state, to the independence of  global commercialism, to the balance of interdependence in a united humanity. Revolution is knocking at the doors of the established order through the connectivity of Facebook, twitter and social media,  we have already seen it's power in challenging corrupt leaders in North Africa. No longer can the media be manipulated to suppress truth as people share immediate images of events without censorship. As the old power bases reach for new ways to govern, through those same channels of connectivity we now enjoy, unfortunately it is not surprising the world is becoming more of a place of misinformation, misdirection and mistrust rather than an evolved race.

The true power of connectivity is through the subconscious mind, it's power comes from suggestion and it acts on those suggestions either positive or negative. The conscious mind is the gate keeper, and it is your responsibility to choose the thoughts that condition your mind. It creates opportunity and manifests desires if you want it to.

The One Hundred Million Mission actively seeks to encourage interdependence, by demonstrating the facility for people to naturally learn and earn from each other by coaching individuals in developing the confidence to expand their connection with the subconscious mind, and subsequently infinite  creative wisdom through connecting with the group consciousness we are all part of otherwise known as cosmos, which  will finally fulfil  the promise of our evolution as a race so long coming. United we are strong, but divided, well you know the rest....it's called history.

To believe in the power of your subconscious  mind, is to give you mind the power to believe in itself..that is the key to success. It sounds simple... It is... But only if you want it to be.
