THE POWER AND PURPOSE OF COINCIDENCE

The Power and Purpose of Coincidence.

For the last two weeks I have been travelling, using the law of attraction to facilitate my travel, accommodation and rewards for investing my time abroad to further this project and keeping within my self imposed rules on achieving the one hundred to one million. I'm always amazed just how powerful the LOA  is, especially when you combine the power of influence to develop the opportunities you are given, into OHM's Success law.

If you haven't connected your subconscious in this way you will be surprised just how immediate the effects are on your life, but remember if you wish for something the universe will put the opportunity there for you to receive, if that is it is congruent with your life purpose.  Opportunities are put in front of you directly, it's just a case of seeing them, and developing the opportunity to your advantage that can sometimes take courage and confidence.

Sometimes we can all be unsure with the choices we have to make, one way leads one direction and another potentially in a diametrically opposed way. Intuition plays a vital role here, but ultimately whatever choice you make you will be given the same choice again, maybe in different cloths to learn from. The universe isn't about punishment, it's about learning, hence why you can find yourself in the same kind of relationships, with the same dilemmas facing you, you are attracting through the law, which is actually there for a very important reason, not just to give you the christmas present you want.

Coincidences are a very important factor in guiding your life, if that is you look for them and try to interpret their meaning. As I said, seeing opportunity is important; recognising it for either it's value as a door or as a message, then acting upon it. Let me elaborate. For reasons I won't go into here, I was faced with some serious choices over the last week that would require me to use the OHM success law to it's maximum effect, that means concentrating on what I wanted to happen to attract opportunity,  and then acting on it by influencing people to maximise my advantage.

The choices were hard, and I only had my intuition to guide me in the right direction at the right moment...that means when to stick or  play a card in the game of life (patience and timing are very important in the power of influence) and get on a flight as I had only meant to be away for a few days. Now there were reasons I could have delayed coming back for longer, but I made the choice to travel.

On one flight, both myself and my partner were placed by the emergency exit with a lady in her sixties on the third seat in the row sitting next to me. Now, in a seven hour flight, being in close proximity to someone else doesn't necessarily mean you have to chat to a stranger, but sometimes my intuition nag nag nags, and when it does I like to open conversation with people in my vicinity  to look to find a door, a message or information that will help me move forward. In this instance we chatted for an hour about her business life running a hotel in Nottingham and then moving to Australia to live on the Gold Coast. She was on a connector from Australia back to the UK, her partner was sitting on the opposite side of the plane as he'd requested an emergency exit for a bad leg, but they couldn't get a seat together.

As we chatted I couldn't help wondering why my intuition had twigged,  what was  the purpose of the conversation, other than to pass the time... so I continued to search in the conversation for an answer.  As we neared Gatwick I asked her if she still had friends involved in the Hotel trade. Indeed she did she said, she was on her way to the wedding of the son of friends who lived four doors away from her in Australia, but also owned a hotel in North Devon. She couldn't  remember where or the name but as  I know a few hotels in the West country I asked her to describe it.

Immediately I guessed she meant South Devon and suggested a hotel I'd worked with as a consultant twenty years ago... Her friends we're the owners I hadn't seen for two decades. A strange coincidence to be on the same flight, sitting next to each other with a mutual connection, and to find it in the conversation... but why, what for? I see it as a confirmation I'm going in the right direction, at the right time, it happens many many times for me, now, but it took some convincing for me to recognise their meaning. I'll give you another example, whilst it is certainly not the first of my life, it was one of the first I started to really take notice of as more than just one of life's meaningless coincidences we can all choose to ignore.

My father died twelve years ago, and at those sorts of times you have to make some choices you don't want to. For example... Cremation or burial. Now my father had expressed he wanted a cremation, but when he died I just felt a burial would be more appropriate... My mother would have a place to visit in the years to come, where as a cremation doesn't have that final resting place feel.

Now when your have a burial, the headstone can take a while to turn up, while the rows keep developing with new residents,  waiting on their markers.  To the left of my fathers grave, six months after his headstone turned up, the burial immediately preceding his had a marker delivered that read Patricia Anne, my mothers first and middle name. The row continued into the next that filled past the foot of his grave. Six months later the stones were placed, right on each foot, two with the first names of Brian and Keith, my fathers first names. The rows continued to the next a year later below my father at which point the headstones were again placed at the foot of the Brian and Keith ...the name read Kern on the stone, a rare name but none the less mine. So we have five headstones all with correctly spelt and ordered names adjacent to each other in one spot...that's statistically just a little weird.

Coincidence, yes I think so, meaning, well  possibly it gave me the feeling that somethings are meant to be, even my fathers untimely death, at a time and a place, and my decision to go for a burial was vindicated by the coincidental message.

If you put yourself in the place of the cosmos and ask yourself how you would communicate meaning to the residents of this world without scaring them to death with a voice in the head or a burning bush, you might consider coincidences and intuition as a way to guide, reassure, and help. But that might just be wishful thinking about a meaning and purpose behind all things. Somehow, when you look for the evidence to support this, it is all around, and when you don't it isn't... The law of attraction works either way
